The first two images of AT&T's upcoming Samsung Rugby Smart have arrived online, giving us a glimpse into what lies ahead for Ma Ball customers. Uncovered by Pocketnow, the official-looking renders show a very basic, albeit rugged, form factor. Details for the yet-announced smartphone are said to include Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, 512MB RAM, HSPA 3G connectivity, and a 1650 mAh battery.
We initially expected to see this handset surface earlier this week as rumors had it coming to AT&T on February 18th with a $99.99 price tag. Given that we're a few days beyond that date we aren't quite sure when we'll see the SGH-I847 Rugby Smart. Mobile World Congress doesn't make a ton of sense to us as it's a U.S. handset, however CTIA is still a few months off.
